Rules

  1. The information about the institution provided by the applicant must be accurate in all respects. In case of any misstatement, the filed application is liable to be rejected.
  2. In case the applicant changes the name of the institution or its location or ownership, after filing the application, the pending application will become null and void.
  3. The application fee will not be refunded in any case.
  4. Until and unless Centre status is awarded by The HU , no institution is allowed to display  “The HU”  name / marketing material or any banner / sign board / bill board etc.       containing the The HU  logo or name. Any violation of this condition may lead to rejection of the pending application.
  5. Grant of The HU status shall in no way entitle to be declared as an Examination Center.
  6. The HU reserves the right to grant or refuse Centre status to any applicant without assigning any reason.
  7. The facilities allocated to The HU shall be exclusively dedicated and will not be used for any other purpose. If Required to use for any other purpose , HU permission will be required .
  8. The institution should be located in an easily accessible area.
  9. The location, building and outlook should be well suited for the purpose of education.
  10. Properly finished , maintained exterior and interiors with parking Facility

Procedure

  1. Application shall be submitted through E-Mail on or  before the announced date along with the following information / documents:
  2. Head Office will contact and will guide for further process
  3. On receipt of the complete application, along with the prescribed fee,  The HU shall conduct a Online or Physical survey of the proposed institution.
  4. The HU , after considering the survey report and all other relevant factors, shall decide whether to approve or reject the application.
  5. If the application is approved, Study Centre Name will be allocated to the institution.
  6. No operations shall be allowed till the Centre Name has been formally issued by the HU
  7. If the application is not approved for any reason, the applicant may apply for re-survey on the prescribed form

Note:

  • Applications must be complete in all respects. Incomplete applications will not be considered and the fee will not be refunded in any case.
